Initial Comments:
An off-site follow-up survey conducted on June 28, 2021, found that Patient Bliss Home Care Agency, Inc., had corrected deficiencies cited under 28 Pa. Code, Part IV, Health facilities, Subpart G. Chapter 601. The deficiencies were cited as a result of an unannounced onsite state re-licensure survey conducted on April 28, 2021 through April 29, 2021, and off-site on May 3, 2021.
